well, you can get all of the usual information in my profile, so let's go straight to the point.
I don't know if this is the right subforum to be posting this, neither if it is the right forum, but it's the closest to my "condition" that i could find.
When i was litle, i would randomly feel a verry strong itching in my crotch area, and simultaneously would hear an earthquake like humming, everytime it happened i would pay a lot of atention to how it felt (on my ears) and eventualy i learned how to spontaneously control said humming, after that i never had it happen to me again unless i did it myself.

Edit: also, as far as i know, i never had my eardrums punctured or annything of sorts
