I have a rock concert coming up with my favorite band but im scared that if i go my t could get worse. I have -32 decible foam ear plugs but would that be enough?

Well sorry for the extremely late reply but I did end up going to that concert and had an amazing time. Me and a friend stayed at the venue after the concert and even met the lead singer! All with no change in t.

I we t with plugs to concert and had morse code for weeks that went away after very short term prednisone.
