Sound of Music: When I Listen to Music, My Tinnitus Does Go Down

      Cause of Tinnitus:

      I have noticed that when I listen to music on headphones, my tinnitus does go down in volume.

      Anybody have similar experience?

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Benzo/Clonazepam, Stress
      I just realized this also. I listened music for maybe 2 hours in my phone without ear plugs and my tinnitus reducec in volume. I really do not why though. I had bad electrical T in the morning but know it again turned into sizzling.

      2019-Concert, 2021-headphones/acoustic trauma at 110dB,16kHz
      Same, I can't hear it if I listen to music (and for a while afterwards). But music is extremely distorted to me, so I can't really listen to it...
