I watched a video on using sounds to eliminate tinnitus. It was offered at $67 marked down from $197, with a warning issued that the price could go up to $5,000. That got my BS meter flashing. However, I did receive some benefit from listening to some MP3 files that I obtained from a source in England. It did not eliminate my tinnitus, but it would quiet it down a bit for a short period of time after listening for 10 to 15 minutes. The only thing I have found that really helps is cutting down on salt and sugar. If I do, the sound is limited to a point that, while always present, I sometimes don't notice it as mcuh.
