Specialized Clinic in Europe or USA?

Hi,

Who of you know an advanced and specialized clinic in Europe or USA?

I'm 28, and for two years I've suffered from tinnitus and important deafness in the left ear.

I tried a surgery by an Italian doctor that has found a microscopic fistula near the round window on the internal ear (I don't know if "round window "is the correct term) that has closed by a skin fabric of my external ear.

I don't know what happened to me two years ago but i know that when I keep the ball with my head (i play football) i hear a strange sound in my ear like something that move into.... and the same things happen when i shake my head. I haven't dizziness, but i think that i have difficult to stability especially in the morning when i'm waking up.

Now I'm looking for a specialist centre that know my problem, because in two year i haven't understood what happened.

It is very very strange.

Do you know an excellent centre in Europe? Or also in USA?
