I've heard you refer to spicy foods as something that exacerbates your T; I have been suspicious it may adversely effect mine (too).

      1) What is it about spicy food that makes it a T culprit?

      2) Is there anything that can counter the effects of spicy food?

      3) What other foods increase T?

      Thanx Much!

      ...............

It's Thai food. Thai food in particular exacerbates my tinnitus; it makes my ears absolutely scream! But I don't care. I eat Thai food two or three times a month. Love the stuff!

But I do care about the fact that you care! I care very much about that. And it is my hope that you will take some meaningful steps towards not caring. Specifically, it appears that you are viewing the world through the prism of your tinnitus. It appears that your tinnitus is driving your bus. And I think you should take charge of your bus instead of continuing to kowtow to your tinnitus. Look at CBT. Look at MBTSR. Look at TRT. Whatever. But stop letting your tinnitus call the shots!

Hope this helps more than frustrates!
