Sudafed + Methylprednisolone Together — Any Potential Negative Effects?

Anyone know if taking these 2 drugs together will cause worsening in tinnitus or anything like that?

I've been taking a Methylprednisolone Dosepak for 4 days now and am going to try some Sudafed to see if it will rid my ears of liquid and fullness.

Also I feel I should mention I suffered acoustic trauma 8 days ago causing new tinnitus in right ear and heightened tinnitus in left and now have a possible ear infection)
