Sudden Asymmetric Hearing

I have had tinnitus for about a year now from loud noise exposure and it has gotten much milder through time. However, just yesterday I noticed my left ear seemed like it was plugged up and clogged. I don't think it is ear wax as I checked and it's starting to worry me. I think it's hearing loss but I don't know why it showed up randomly now.

Any tips or advice. Should i see an ENT?
