Sudden Ringing in Ear

Recently I have had a sensation of sudden pressure/fullness in one ear followed by a brief 15-20 seconds of loud ringing. It is not the same ear each time it happens. When the pressure/fullness occurs I have instant dizziness that lasts for about 1-2 seconds before the ringing starts. Lately I have also felt like I am in a brain fog. Some days it happens more than others. One day it may occur 9 to 10 times and then it will go one or two days and nothing will happen. Anybody else have these problems?

 

This is very common and isn't necessarily a sign that anything is wrong, but see a doctor if you have concerns.
