Has anyone experience sudden skin tightening on the face.

Out of no where my face on my right side, between my cheekbone and upper lip just feels tight and if I touch it or move my skin, it kinda has a very mild burning sensation.

I haven't had my shower today, so hopefully it goes away after I do. But it just came
Out of nowhere within a space of seconds. Wasn't here, then all of a sudden I could feel it.

Didn't not go away after shower. Of course my anxiety is making me super worried!

Hey Luke! i thinks this might be temporary,
since your T is related to noise exposure.
i dont think there should be a reason to worry,
it should go away in a few hours.

Went away after a sleep, apparently it can be symptom of anxiety attack.
Makes sense. Anxiety f**ks me up.

Aside from skin tightening, anxiety can also cause creepy crawly sensations. I've had it in December when I was obsessed with H.

I had something similar happen in the first few weeks when I took Azithromycin. Right side of my face, muscles all tensed up randomly, was fairly painful.

Stress and anxiety depletes magnesium. Maybe try some mag which may help with the uncomfortable sensation in your face and your nerves. I regularly bathe in epsom salts.. maybe try that too
