Don't be frightened. It will settle down. Same thing happened to me after eating some chocolate.

Can you find something relaxing/distracting to do for the time being? It will calm down...

On occasion..my wife's family mostly comes to the states to visit because we live in Las Vegas ... My wife is from mount Eliza ....one or more of her family comes out each year..I lived on the Gold Coast and in Sydney ....
