Hey Fella's,

Just heard some "stories" about T, I actually don't believe them, but I wanted your insights.
Is it true that people with T get tired sooner than others? Because our brains have more trouble filtering the T?
Is it also true that sleeping with enrichment does jeopardize your sleep a bit? (Like sleeping in a lit room.)

I think the depression, stress and anxiety plays a big part with the energy levels and sleep, I find if I can't keep my mind occupied then I stop thinking about the T and I have more energy and can get things done but it is very easy too get stuck down the rabbit hole of depression and dark thoughts living with tinnitus and hearing loss.
As for sleeping with sound enrichment, I prefer too sleep in silence, the tinnitus calms down for me as it seems to be sound that generates it but for sure yes tinnitus can keep you awake. For the first few months I think I was getting about an hour a night. That was a very dark time.

I prefer to sleep in silence, i tried using sound entichment and those sounds i find alot more intense than my t sound.
