Friends, yesterday I was deceived by fraudsters on the Internet for $ 300, I was very upset, as I was laying boshie plans for this money. It happened in the evening. I could not sleep all night. My heart was rattling. The brain was indignant. I took a sedative. But I was able to fall asleep only at 7 o'clock in the morning.

Today I am not myself. Still experiencing a loss of money.

But I'm still afraid of the impact of such stress on tinnitus and ear. What should I do? Sometimes itworries me more

Stress & lack of sleep have been known to temporarily increase one's tinnitus. At least the lack of sleep does for me. Sorry for your money loss.

With your kind of luck Ivan, I expect to see you flipping your Lada in front of a truck on the next Russian dashcam video series.

What should I do?

Easy answer: stop worrying ;)

I am sorry for your loss of money, and I understand it is a painful experience. But if you can do something about it, just do what you can to get it back, and if there is nothing to do, try to stop worrying. In 2 years from now, chances are this little incident won't matter at all anymore, so there's probably no need to worry. ;)
