The Most Helpful Video I've Seen

Out of all the general talk and motivational things I've seen online, IMO this is probably the most concise and helpful video out there. Let me preface this by saying that I've had tinnitus and hyperacusis for some time and it's not particularly pleasant. The video is Herbie Hancock waxing on many things, and at no time does he actually talk about tinnitus, but towards the end (starts 2:52) he recounts a life lesson he learned in the early 60s that let me think about tinnitus in a less catastrophic light.
