Announcement The Registration Page Has Been Simplified (DOB and TZ Removed)

I removed the date of birth and time zone fields from the registration page. Thus it's quicker to sign up now.

If you want, you can set them after registering, by hoovering your cursor over your username in the upper right corner and going to your "Personal Details" and "Preferences". In the former you can set your date of birth and in the latter the time zone. Both are optional, of course. By default the time zone is set at UTC (Europe/London).

PS. Signing up / logging in via Facebook is the fastest and probably the easiest method. Just click "Log in with Facebook" when you see the button. It's only an authentication method; you can set your username/nickname on Tinnitus Talk to whatever you like after signing up with Facebook, so no real names are revealed.
