I've tried a couple of the "as seen on tv" tinnitus remedies. Since supplements are not regulated in the USA, manufactures can claim anything, with a legal disclaimer quickly flashed (too fast to read) on the bottom of the tv screen in tiny font.
The last couple of supplements I investigated online would not list any of the ingredients in their miracle potions. To me, that's a clear sign of a scam. If it really worked, they would patent their magic elixir.
