I didn't go, but I talked to them and wrote about my experience here:

They actually called me back 6 months later to check up if I wanted to go in, but said I would wait another 9-12 months with my current treatment.
Note you basically need to have your imaging done, they review your file, then decide if they will accept you. I am treating my T as TMJ and am in braces. My T has declined, but not gone away, so will consider going here after my ortho treatment is done.
