      Merry Xmas everyone!
I was at my sisters house yesterday for Christmas Eve. At the end of the night, everyone started cracking those Christmas crackers. I nearly had a heart attack!!!!! We did about a total of 20 and at the end of it all I just thought, well, if I didn't already have tinnitus then I definitely will have tinnitus now! But it didn't get worse at all. Pfew. OK that was a boring post! All I actually wanted to say was Merry Christmas and I hope you all can try to enjoy this one day and try to put your tinnitus away just for today, and then tomorrow you can start worrying about it again, but give yourself one day of freedom! Love Nina

Merry christmas neenie, what you should do just for 1 day is not give a damn about tinnitus, have I great day, then when Christmas Day is over........Do the same!, it makes me angry, the way it affects our lives, tinnitus is a bully, don't let a stupid silly little noise ruin your life, you and your life is far more important than tinnitus, you will get normal life back eventually neenie, stay positive, Merry Christmas.
