The last days have been quite cold where I live, close to zero degrees C° with a little snow. My tinnitus seems louder at the moment and I'm thinking that quite often I have the feeling that my tinnitus is louder in winter than in summer. Does anyone experience the same? I'm wondering what could be the explanation for this, maybe it again has to do with stress, that the cold weather is more stressful for the body.

Unfortunately it is not really possible to avoid everything that causes stress and can increase the tinnitus, like the cold weather :( Well, at least I have a reason to enjoy summer even more.
