I would classify myself somewhere between habituated and not in terms of handling my tinnitus. It doesn't bother me like it once did, but lately it has been impacting my quality of life more.
Sleep has always been a uncomfortable and unrelaxing challenge. Lately it has started creeping back into everyday and I am starting to enjoy my hobbies less. I keep asking myself how the hell I could allow this to happen to me.
Alas, as many of us know, there isn't much relief to be had. April will mark 2 years and it seems I'm slowly regressing. Not sure what to do as TMS and other experimental treatments are expensive.
