Tinnitus Came Back After Headache

I went through acoustic trauma on Dec 28 and took two and half weeks to recover. My tinnitus went back to baseline and I was fine after that. However I recently got sick and had headaches for three days. My headaches went away but we're replaced by a hissing/ringing. I also have impacted earwax that I still have to go to the ENT to remove next week.

Did my headaches cause my tinnitus? Also, is this a temporary spike? My anxiety is getting the worse of me and my perception of it seems to get worse as the day progresses. Or maybe the tinnitus itself is getting worse.
