I just want to share two success stories from my Swedish forum. Both girls had tinnitus due to stress/burnout. One of them had it for 3,5 years and the other one for 5 years but now it's gone. I guess the human body really can heal.

Thanks for this, that's great!!! I had a major burnout two years ago and still cope with it actually as I can't really stop working as freelancer, but I observed a few improvements lately with my T's so I'm almost sure it's because of the stress/too much work and not enough sleep. But last weeks 'over the top workload' and family stress has put me again in burnout mode since two days and sad enough my T's are spiking and even new ones are here, wish I could take a break from work for a few months and do nothing but sleep and relaxing.

I have experienced tremendous variations in my T the last year due to stress/burnout. In my 22 years of living with T I've never had so many different tones, pitches and sounds in my ears. But stories like this keeps me believing in better times.
