For a second or two when I yawn or shake my head my tinnitus gets worse? Why does that happen? Does anyone else have that happen? I have low frequency hearing loss and constant tinnitus from an acoustic trauma.

I have the same problem, a lot of us do it's called somatic tinnitus.

i don't know for sure but I think it has something to do with the audiotory nerve and the sharing the same pathways in the brain as the neck, jaw and face muscles.

      here's a cheatsheet

yawning, lifting up your tongue, biting down hard, turning your neck completely to either side, putting pressure on your head and clenching your neck muscles will manipulate the volume of your tinnitus.
