Tinnitus Improved By Time?

I have T for 1 year now (may 5). The first months it whas like hell.
Now it goes better and there are times that i dont hear it and i dont think
about it. But i am just wondering is the T just low or is it as loud as always but
i dont pay attention to it? Can T inprove in time that you can only hear it in
silence. They said i have TMD. I can make my T louder and softer when ever i want.

My t is in a silent room very loud. I hear the hummm sound, hissing, beeb but when
walking in the silent room my T is soft but standing still its loud. Very strange.

Just wondering with how many here his T has improved?

 

High Sandra I keep it in English although we are both from Holland ;-)
For me it is the same I hardly hear it some times but in a silent room when I'm walking no problem....but when I stand still it gets realy loud. To me it seems like my brain says....wait you are doing nothing...we are going to do something for you and let you listen to this sound.
My T is the same as the onset but I guess your mind pays less attention to it.
