      Tinnitus Since:
      6/2017
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Neck/Jaw misalignment
Over the last 10 days my tinnitus level went down a small notch, say from a 3 to a 2.5, but it's now constant.

Before this 60% of the time it would be a, say 3 in my right ear and 40% of the time it would be a, say 1.5 in my left ear (been like this for 5 months).

Like I said now it's a 2.5 in my right ear for the last 10 days. Not sure why it changed. I tried Melatonin like 10 days ago for 5 days and it's been the above ever since.

Any comments or suggestions would be helpful.

Also tinnitus has moved more to the center of my brain instead of the left or right side, it also feels like the tinnitus "area" has been slightly reduced... However the sound has barely gone down, maybe it's just been easier to habituate.

You sound like your mind is making adjustments to your perception of the T. The mind works in mysterious ways.

      Best to you.

My T now seems a little more tolerable, although I miss the 40% of the time where I could barely hear it. I wonder what happened.. Hopefully it just goes away.
