Hello new to forum. Unsure of cause but have in both ears primarily in right. Always have some form of ear pressure with the ringing. Suspected naproxen use but have been off that for a couple of weeks and no luck. I have rheumatoid arthritis and on immune suppression drug (simponi) but my rheumatologist does not feel that is a possible cause. Very frustrating and annoying.

Welcome, sadly, to the club - a club I also joined in February, late in my case.
I would be suspicious of many prescription drugs of the sort you mentioned, and hopefully you can get peace and quiet over the cause but in any case...that T suspends.
