I had a hair in my ear, so I went to an ear clinic to have it removed. The specialist used tweezers for about 30 minutes, and when that did not work, he tried microsuction for about 10 seconds. He did not even get the hair out.
He said he used a silencer on the suction device, but it was not silent. Now I am experiencing a very bad tinnitus spike, along with ear fullness and cracking sounds.
I also have TMJD, though I am not sure if that is relevant. I am distraught and worried that this spike might be permanent. It has been nearly two weeks.
I took Tizanidine to see if it would help relax the muscles and ease the tinnitus, but unfortunately, it did not help.
Please, if anyone has experience with something like this, I would be very grateful to hear from you.
