Cause of Tinnitus
TMJ probably
About a year and a half ago, my right jaw joint started clicking twice while chewing. It was two consecutive clicks as I closed my mouth. A few hours later, I began experiencing severe pain in the area, and my jaw joint has been deteriorating ever since.

A few months later, I started having problems with my right Eustachian tube. This was followed by the onset of tinnitus, and eventually, I developed hyperacusis as well. Around the same time, my neck began to hurt and continued to do so for a few weeks, during which it also started to click slightly. Although the neck pain eventually subsided, the clicking persisted.

Fortunately, I only hear the tinnitus in complete silence, so it's not the worst thing in the world.
