there are not any agreed protocols for this; it's all experimental, different studies have used different approaches, and so I'd be wary of anyone who claims to have the perfect T protocol.

I am exploring this now; I'll let you know if I come to any conclusion. I am also in the process of acquiring the full texts of 9-10 studies that have been done, if that interests you, send me a PM and I am happy to share.
