      Hi ,

First post. Regular question I imagine. Suffering from tinnitus in left ear since May this year. Ranges in volume and even sound. Periodic fullness in ears. Regularly lightheaded and dizzy. In fact the lightheaded feeling has become worse. Given sertraline by doc. Then my consultant changed tablets to nortriptiline. No benefit. No on serc . The issue is that two ent s have not given diagnosis without me having a full vertigo attack. Though the dizzyness has severely impacted my life.

Hey Jof. Welcome. Sorry it has to be under these conditions. What you are experiencing is similar to what I had in the beginning. It took many months for my body/brain to compensate and adjust. For some reason or another, you got T and it changed something in your brain. You brain will adjust in time, it just takes time. I had all your symptoms for months but eventually they do go away. Keep up the faith and fight. We understand and share in your struggles.
