Trouble Matching Tinnitus Tone

Hi!

Trying to match my tone on audionotch, but man I'm having a hell of a time getting it accurate. I'm a musician, so I can hear what the note is, but honestly can't put my finger on the frequency. Any suggestions?

You may have a complex tone rather than a pure tone.
