Two New Tinnitus Sounds in 1 Day!

Last night I got a new intense sound coming from my right ear, I went to bed hoping it was just going to blow over and I woke up this morning with that noise also in my left ear.

On top of that there's ANOTHER noise in my right ear starting up that sounds like the fleeting tinnitus I get.

I'm really freaking out. I don't know what to do. No medication or anything.

Usually I feel better after some sleep but that's not happening anymore.

I got so many tones it makes me anxious just thinking about it.

 

Hey, it’s the unpredictable nature of this that really holds you in that state of anxiety! I feel your pain, I’m in a spike too... two weeks now! I hope they go as quick as they came, for us both! x

 

I have not been able to relax in months! I hope this is just a spike. I hope your spike will go back to normal as well. Looks like i'm back on the zopiclone for sleep again..

 

It’s tough isn’t it!? . If you get your sleep it’s half the battle! It’s a very cruel condition.... hoping it settles very soon!! x
