Using White Noise & Pink Noise

      Tinnitus Since:
      9/4/16
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      going for a rim shot on the snare drum.

      Based on this musicians ability to overcome hyperacusis it seems he listened to white noise out of various volumes.

      How can this be done when you have tinnitus as well? I don't want to make my situation worse and does anyone know how I should go about doing this to get my tolerance back.
