MemberIf you're vaping nicotine, it can possibly cause a spike but this is temporary.
As far as causing tinnitus, I haven't come across it, but always be sure that whatever you're using is quality and that you check the ingredients of whatever you're vaping, you don't want any nasty chemicals for your tinnitus or your general health.
