The day my H started, I was having my usual sneezy day... some days I will sneeze 20 times before I even get to the office, and about as many times in a couple of hours - all day long. I can't think of anything else that would have triggered my H... perhaps not.
anyway, some days, after the start of H, I have an increase in my H. More fullness, louder T, and my tolerance is reduced a bit. Not back to square 1, but a blackslide.
