I've been noticing two interesting side effects of Sildenafil, the main ingredient of Viagra (besides the obvious impact). First, it also works for many post-menopausal women. Second, my mind is sharper when I take it. It turns out that the drug is helping to delay the onset of Alzheimer's, and the sharper brain effect may be due to increased blood flow to our brains and/or increased neural activity. It also seems to be good for jet lag.
