Hi all, it's my first time to post here.

I've had tinnitus for around 25 years and it hasn't really impacted my life. For me it's always been a low grade hissing sound. I find rain sounds on Spotify soothing and they allow me sleep. In the waking day my tinnitus doesn't bother me at all, the odd tone here and there.

Recently, my visual snow syndrome has started to bother me. I think it's worth noting that this appeared at the same time as the tinnitus did. Curiouser and curiouser...

To complicate things further I have also recently developed severe face pareidolia. Yes, this is a natural phenomenon but quite frankly my brain has run away with the ball.

I could really do with conversations with others who understand.

      Many thanks.

Welcome to the forum. I had to look up the face pareidolia. I do that too!

Visual snow seems to be quite common with people with tinnitus. Kind of curious... I hope you find some comfort and support here...
