Had a vivid dream last night. Woke up to ongoing louder t.
      This has happened before.
Makes me wonder what is happening physiologically re dreaming in this way to spike t.
Is it cortisol levels? Is it overactive brain activity?
Got to look into this further. May be a useful link in research somewhere along the way.

      Noise induced
Overactive brain activity would be my guess. This has happened to me too, but only a few times. I never have T in my dreams by the way. But now that I got H I sometimes have H in my dreams and can wake up if something loud is going on in my dreams which is really freaking weird.

Besides increased brain activity, perhaps elevated heart rate and blood pressure? Similar to what many experience during/after exercise?
