Hey guys,
I need some advice. I have tinnitus for 9 days now and after the first two days I started waking up in the middle of the night to my tinnitus. Since I only get about 3 to 4 hours a sleep every night, this is seriously starting to affect my life. Funny thing is, that during the day it really does not bother me, I also can fall asleep using a natural masker every night.
Does anyone has or had a similar experience and happens to know some remedies?

. My point is, try to relax, when you wake up.Try not to care! Just be awake for a while without any feelings....Don't worry about it right now. With the T it was first scary, I even went out to smoke 
. I was so nervous, but then with time it got better. With the melatonin I only wake up once which is less than before T.
Magnesium helps a lot of people and it's quieting to the brain.
