Warning About Snoring Parters

If you snore get an APAP machine. CPAP is constant pressure, APAP is auto (adjusting) pressure. So with auto you can set a range and it will go up and down as required.

Returned to this old thread to add that my husband finally agreed to be tested for sleep apnea. It was measured as SEVERE, and he has a CPAP machine and sleeps much more deeply and happily. The machine itself is surprisingly quiet, so that was a relief.

Now I have to look into my OWN snoring! I have just downloaded Sleep Lab to see how bad it is!
