What Happens to Brain (Neurotransmitters, Receptors; Ca, K, Na Channels) During Long Term Benzo Use?

      Tinnitus Since:
      6/2006
      I was just wondering if it affected things like Glutamate, GABA, Serotonin, Dopamine, norepinephrine, Histamine, etc. as well as Potassium, Sodium, and Calcium channels. I actually think my tinnitus is louder now than it was before taking them. Maybe this could help me find a way to reduce them if I figure out what the heck is going on.

      Verapamil, Flecainide, Apixaban, stress
      Your question is a really hard one.

      In the TRT book by Jastreboff and Hazel you can find a basic introduction in the organization of the auditory system.

      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Benzo/Clonazepam, Stress
      If you find a solution to eliminate this kind of tinnitus you would get a nobel.
