Does anyone know what type of hearing aid Rush Limbaugh has? Does it also help with his tinnitus? What does the small disc positioned behind the ear do?

It's not a hearing aid. He's completely deaf from what I remember. His only option would be to use a cochlear implant which requires surgery for implementation.
