Which is better to take for headaches during Meniere's episodes, Tylenol or Ibuprofen?

I don't want to increase my tinnitus, but my daily headaches are bad. Suggestions?

Hi Gin,
Cinnarazine 15mg for Menieres can help the headache also.
A low dose AD can help long term if get persistent headaches.
