White Noise Treatment

Can anyone tell me if administrating white noise via iPod myself will help my H? I am willing to put in time and patience into this. Thank you.

No it's not. Pink Noise is softer and more gentle to the ears, while white noise is harsher. You can listen to the difference between the two here:

You can choose from white, pink and brown noise.
