Woke Up to Worst Spike Yet. Sinus Problem?

So I've had tinnitus for almost 2 years. Mine is up and down all the time. It does something different everyday making it difficult to habituate. Recently however, I've been dealing with some sinus issues for the past week. Yesterday evening I noticed some pain in my face on the right side. At about 3am this morning I awoke with the worst spike I've had yet and it's mostly in my right ear. Obviously my anxiety is way up. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced something like that.

Sorry to learn of this. My suggestion would be to go see your friendly neighborhood ENT regarding your sinus issue asap. Call their office tomorrow morning and tell them it's an emergency. Best of luck!
