Woke Up with Blocked Ear

This
Morning i woke up and my t ear feels blocked, hearing seems greatly reduced. I had this yesterday morning but it dit pop and unblock but no improvement so far today. Any ideas?

Ok i just strerched my ear canal by putting finger in it (not deep at all) and i heard a pop and now back to normal(i think). Any idea what caused it?
