Does anyone here have increased T after a strenuous workout? My acupunturist said, I should limit workouts, due to increased blood pressure in the inner ear. This exacerbate's the T symptoms.

I'd say the health rewards and happy endorphin feelings completely outweigh the light spikes you occasionally get from workouts. Exercise will lower your blood pressure!

Keeping exercising, keep active, take earplugs :)

Today I went running and it really made my T flare up bad, I'm talking dizzy have to sit down bad. Any thoughts on cardiovascular exercise and T? Should I avoid this or keep with it. Ive heard from other that working out can help with the recovery of T. I do have sound sens/H however I ran in my neighborhood with no cars to bother my ears.

Thanks for the read guys, and happy Monday -__-

If you are feeling dizzy, you should look into getting mri. Perhaps you have high intracranial pressure. Not sure tho.

I had to get a Lumbar Puncture after head injury and high intracranial pressure. I had some vision problems but LP fixed 99% of it.

I think working out can raise intracranial pressure so you should be careful
