Worried I've Messed Up My Ears Again (Mowing Lawn)

Hey everyone, it's my first time posting on here, but not my first time having T. I've had it for a while, often not at all noticeable.

Today though, I mowed my lawn for about 20 to 30 minutes, and I've noticed my T is more noticeable than it was before. There's a slight muffle to my hearing as well, I think.

I'm worried that I have caused permanent damage?

More than likely you are being overly sensitive to a minor percieved change in you hearing do to the mower. Next time use ear plugs and or muffs. You still may get a reaction, but it will go away.
