      Beginning to hate going to sleep. Every time I wake up my T is different. How do you habituate to that?
      Crazy.

      Has it gotten better during the day? I suppose it was the morning when you posted this?

      I don't have any great advice though, habituating to constantly changing tinnitus can be a bit more difficult, but people have succeeded!

      @Leah:

      Does your tinnitus depend on the quality of your sleep? There are many here among us whose tinnitus is influenced by sleep and sleep quality.

      While I am not depressed, I do take an antidepressant that ensures me a good quality of sleep every night. As such, I have some control over the tinnitus that I face almost every morning.

      Yep, right ear did improve. Need to see if my doc might prescribe something for sleep or try the melatonin.
