   Cause of Tinnitus:

   unknown, probably hair cell damage

   A Chinese herb used in capsules; Tinnitus Stop. A flavonoid glycoside in it should reduce the tinnitus and its intensity drastically. Reviews on the site are good of course, so that's no help at all.
